- 1. 1 box brownie mix (classic fudge recommended)
- 2. 2 large eggs
- 3. 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil (or melted coconut oil)
- 4. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (optional, for cakier texture)
- 5. Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, chopped nuts, sprinkles, toffee bits, mini marshmallows
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, and oil. Add flour if using. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- 3. Gently fold in any desired mix-ins.
- 4. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
- 5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
- 6. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
